Overview
Reji Cherian is an experienced corporate executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. Cherian’s work spans various roles and geographies, with a successful track record of driving strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, restructuring advisory services, and team dynamics. In addition to mentoring emerging and senior leaders with The ExCo Group, Cherian currently advises at Google as a Delivery Executive, where he engages on complex portfolio program delivery of Cloud migration and transformation for Google Cloud customers across various industry segments like BFSI, Media Entertainment, and Telecoms.
Career History
Prior to his role at Google, Cherian served as the CTO and Business Transformation Evangelist at Talavvy Business Catalysts LLP. He was head of SQS India, the India center which provided assurance services across verticals of BFSI, auto, manufacturing, and gaming. In this role, Cherian was responsible for driving growth and industrialization for the SQS Group globally.
Previously, Cherian served as the Sr. VP at Capgemini, heading the North American business unit across multiple industry segments at Capgemini India and Sector head for Telecom at Capgemini. Prior to joining Capgemini, Cherian was a member of the board and Executive Director of T-Systems India, the systems integrator subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom group.
Cherian started his career with Siemens, where he spent over 15 years, and ultimately became CTO for the Siemens Shared Services Group. Cherian is a regular keynote speaker engaged with both academia, state and industry topics ranging from telecoms to business school symposiums. He previously served on the advisory board of India’s leading Telecom Business University.

Cherian attended the Harvard Business School leader program as a Coach at Capgemini and the Siemens Change agent program at MIT-Boston, Stanford, INSEAD, and IIM India.
