Overview
May is a Customer Success Manager at The ExCo Group, focusing on managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. She leads the charge in conducting comprehensive client opportunity intakes and refining processes to foster relationships with assigned new customers and clients. In tandem, she facilitates the development of strategic accounts documentation and mapping and identifying key HR and Talent contacts to optimize mentor-client interactions and overall account strategy. In addition, May collaborates with the Executive Relationship Manager (ERM) or Lead Mentor to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder communication, paving the path to long-term business relationships.
Prior to joining The ExCo Group, May was an Operations Manager for a private Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice.
Personal
May is a graduate of Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela), where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her previous experience includes practicing as a licensed clinical psychotherapist and working in a private clinic, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients. She was also a founding member of a non-profit organization dedicated to the accompaniment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients in her hometown. May is fluent in Spanish and resides in Northern Virginia with her wife and dog, Luke.
