Overview

Kyle Sirois is a Program Coordinator at The ExCo Group. Kyle is responsible for managing the overall, day-to-day activities of multiple programs and projects. As part of this role, Kyle reports and provides updates on multiple program functions to ensure the delivery of key milestones within the Executive Assessments function.

Career History

Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Kyle worked as a shift manager at Starbucks for 5 years, connecting with people over his love of coffee. After he left Starbucks, he joined Sherwin-Williams as a store manager, where he found enjoyment in working on making operations more efficient to elevate the customer experience.

Personal

Kyle spends his weekends working as a wedding and event planning assistant or capturing moments with his camera in the DMV area. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Global Logistics Management.
