Kimberly Newkirk is an accomplished Fortune 100 senior executive with deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation across industries ranging from high technology to financial services and real estate. Newkirk has broad talent development expertise, including but not limited to leadership development, succession and pipeline planning, selection, assessments, and skill development.
As Vice President at The ExCo Group, she plays a pivotal role partnering with Fortune 500 and global organizations. She is passionate about cultivating strong business partnerships, developing leaders, and building the leadership ecosystem to support business strategy and results.
Career History
Newkirk most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Talent and Learning Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In this role, she was responsible for setting and executing the enterprise strategy to develop talent at all levels, from new employees to C-suite executives. Newkirk previously served as Liberty’s Vice President of Talent Leadership and Learning.
Earlier in her career, she held a series of senior talent, learning, HR, and finance business partner roles at Intel Corporation. As Head of Executive Development at Intel, she transformed the vice president selection process, built the executive development function, and partnered with multiple leadership teams to enhance collaboration and performance.
Personal
Newkirk is a Columbia University and ICF-ACC certified executive coach. She holds a B.A. from Emory University and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
Newkirk’s home base is Boston, where she resides with her husband. In addition to building an illustrious career, she is a mom of three young men. In her free time, Newkirk enjoys paddle tennis, pickleball, and spending time with her three dogs.
