Career History

Previously, at Christoff & Co., Kayla was the Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, overseeing podcast logistics, coordinating speaking opportunities, and organizing tech events. She managed client communication, delivered status reports, and supported senior executives.

At The Asia Group, LLC, Kayla was the Special Assistant to the President and Managing Partner, leading a website overhaul, managing schedules, and contributing to research and writing for the Defense and China Teams.

At The Office of National Drug Control Policy at The White House, Kayla was a Public Health and Public Safety Fellow, coordinating a national stakeholder’s conference, providing memos on international drug crime, and leading an opioid task force.

Personal

Kayla has been in DC for eight years and profoundly loves her city. She is a member of AJC ACCESS DC and Global boards and has participated in several AJC initiatives: API Kakehashi Japan, ACCESS Morocco Fellowship, and Germany Close Up. With this membership, she has traveled around the world, exploring new cultures and strengthening diplomatic ties.

Besides her professional endeavors, Kayla enjoys exploring the vibrant DC areas and enjoys weightlifting in her free time. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, Middle East Studies, and Political Science from George Washington University.
