Henna helped me think about the value that can be unlocked in the organization that I’m a part of, which helped me commit to realizing that value. It wasn’t like Henna was giving me the answers during the sessions—it was afterward that I made the connections and started to see the world differently. She helped me shape the priorities, or break them down, and figure out what I/we need to do to be successful. And, from my seat, thinking about how I can create an infrastructure that can be a part of that future.
