Overview

Verónica serves as the Senior Multimedia Specialist at The ExCo Group, where she coordinates and implements the company’s social media strategy, manages major marketing projects, updates the company website, and designs ExCo-related collateral. Additionally, she collaborates with team members to create customer proposals and deliverables, ensuring cohesive and impactful communications.

Career History

Before joining The ExCo Group, Verónica held the position of Quality Control Producer at Render Room. In this role, she conducted meticulous reviews of educational video content to ensure accuracy, adherence to industry standards, and grammatical precision. She also established robust quality control processes to maintain optimal video quality.

Previously, Verónica was a freelance producer and production coordinator for the film and TV industry. She developed creative concepts and storylines for various productions, supervised all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, and built and maintained relationships with key industry professionals. During this period, she wrote, directed, and edited two award-winning short films, including the acclaimed short documentary Candlelight, which was screened at Sundance.

Personal

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Verónica moved to New York to earn a B.S. in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She now resides in Virginia, where she enjoys spending time with her dog, Deku, singing with her cover band on weekends, and attending the theater.
