Overview

Shreya Mahatwo is a Leadership Consultant at The ExCo Group, where she plays a crucial role in supporting assessment projects and select consulting initiatives. She is responsible for developing and analyzing interview and survey data, compiling key themes, and generating detailed reports. Shreya also manages end-to-end project execution and collaborates with key executives to identify emerging patterns across our work.

Career History

Shreya began her consulting career at The ExCo Group before moving on to Marcum LLP, where she specialized in non-profit consulting, executive search, and C-suite transitions. Her experience includes working with non-profits on leadership continuity, organizational sustainability, change management, and board development.

Personal

Shreya’s professional journey started in politics as a deputy campaign manager for a state senate race. She holds a Political Science major and a Public Health minor from Rutgers University.

In her free time, Shreya enjoys performing Indian classical dance, exploring the arts, traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading. She currently resides in Washington, DC.
