Emery is a Senior Consultant at The ExCo Group, where she provides assessment and succession planning support to customers to build robust talent pipelines. She works closely with the leadership team to enhance the assessment team’s suite of solutions. Emery regularly analyzes stakeholder interview feedback and produces 360-degree reports.

Personal

Before joining The ExCo Group, Emery worked as a human capital consultant at Hogan Assessment Systems.

Emery has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University. Originally from Wisconsin, she currently resides in Washington, DC. When she is not working, she enjoys baking, Pilates, and walking her dog.
