Claire Pearce is a Leadership Consultant at The ExCo Group, where she supports key customer engagements, delivering measurable leadership and talent outcomes aligned to enterprise strategy. She is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution for new and existing clients, ensuring engagements provide sustained impact on customer business performance and outcomes.

Career History

Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Claire worked at Disaster Technologies, Inc., a tech start-up focused on crisis management and incident response. In that role, Claire worked directly with the C-Suite on all aspects of company operations, including customer engagements, stakeholder communications, company growth, and overall strategic planning. Prior to Disaster Tech, she worked at Vulcan Materials Company as a member of the HR/Organization Development team, where she honed research and analysis skills on topics such as onboarding and turnover.

Personal

Claire earned her BS in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies from Davidson College and completed her Master of Organizational Leadership and Learning at George Washington University. Originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, Claire now lives in Arlington, VA.

In her free time, Claire enjoys cooking and eating great food, laughing with friends and family, spending time with her puppy, and traveling.
