Overview
Archie Perry is an Associate at The ExCo Group, supporting the assessment practice and other consulting projects. He analyzes interview and survey data, compiles key themes and reports, and assists in managing end-to-end project execution. He also partners with key executives to identify emerging patterns across their work.
Career History
Archie’s previous experience includes an internship as an M&A Summer Analyst at Renaissance Strategic Advisors in Arlington, VA. In this role, he collaborated closely with senior analysts, participating in intricate valuation exercises to assess the financial implications of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within the Defense industry.
Additionally, he gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Allen & Company in New York City, NY. In this role, he supported analysts by assisting with financial modeling and contributing to research and presentations, including investment decks and company valuations. Lastly, during an extended school winter break amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked as a lift operator for Vail Resorts at Beaver Creek Mountain in Avon, Colorado.
Personal
Archie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University with double majors in Economics and History. At university, he was part of the men’s lacrosse team, the Promise Committee, the Outing Club, and the Fly-Fishing Club. Additionally, he volunteered for the Rockbridge County Lacrosse Program, organizing and assisting with clinics for students across various grade levels. Beyond academic and volunteer activities, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, skiing, playing guitar, and participating in competitive sports.
