Overview

Alexia Castellano is a Program Coordinator at The ExCo Group, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple programs and projects. In her role, she supports the successful delivery of key milestones within the assessments space by managing workflows, tracking progress, and providing regular updates across program functions.

Career History

Before joining ExCo, Alexia served as an Associate Director at a national membership organization, where she supported the Northeast region of the United States across operations, member engagement, and strategic initiatives. In this capacity, she oversaw regional operations and organizational health, led both virtual and in-person leadership development and training programs, and managed a wide range of projects, including accreditation, member communications, and the annual awards program.

Personal

Alexia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she studied Fine Arts and Business Administration. Her college experience was filled with leadership opportunities and internships that sparked her passion for leadership development and personal growth. Outside of work, Alexia is an active volunteer in the DMV community, enjoys cycling classes, spending quality time with friends and family, and making the most of everything the city has to offer.
